Located on the former Charleston Navy Base, the 70,000 sq. ft. facility is part of the Clemson University Restoration Institute. The building is a comprehensive education center with administrative and faculty offices, classrooms and conference rooms, and a 250-seat auditorium. Lifestyle amenities include a cafe, fitness center, gallery space and a green roof, which serves as both an element of the stormwater management, air quality and energy conservation plan and a gathering space, are also located in the building.
