Westone is 18,000 square feet of redeveloped space in the former Battery & Electric Company building on West Stone Avenue. SW+ provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, permit coordination services, construction documents, and construction phase services for the new Westone Development near West Stone Avenue and Townes Street. Improvements to the existing site will include redesigning the existing commercial building, improvement to existing parking and driveway areas with about 60 parking spaces on-site with additional street parking nearby.
