Municipal, Public Library
SW+ is the civil engineer and landscape architect for the new 40,000 SF Wando Mount Pleasant branch library in Carolina Park for Charleston County. Project elements include design and engineering for the access road, parking area, delivery bay, stormwater management and utilities planning, grading and drainage, ADA accessibility, and complete landscape architectural design for the 5.9-acre site. The new branch library is located adjacent to Wando High School.
