SW+ is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction documents, permit coordination, and construction phase services for this new +/-287,000 SF industrial building on +/- 36 acres on US Highway 86 in Anderson County including associated parking, truck courts, and infrastructure. SW+ also provided master planning for the 86 acre park.
