The Trone Student Center is Furman University’s latest success story. The $7.75M re-imagined complex was designed to flow beyond the walls, a theme that continues from the new administrative offices and expanded student services area to the full-service restaurant. SW+ designed landscape/hardscape includes the Hill Courtyard and fire pit, shaded enclaves, and a lakeside boardwalk. The project received a 2014 Merit Award from the Tri-State chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects in recognition of design excellence.
