College Campus
The project scope included a new 75,000 SF building, the complete refurbishment of Ruby Hicks Hall, and the installation of a central chiller plant and chilled water loop. The new building is the first build on the Pendleton Campus in twenty years. The $42 million project was completed in 2018. SW+ provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, permit coordination, and construction administration services for the campus expansion.
