Part of the Garlington North development, this 13.5 acre golf and entertainment hub located at Pelham and Garlington roads features a three-story, 55,000 SF venue with 72 bays, a restaurant and bar on each floor, private event spaces, and a 215 yard driving range. SW+ provided construction documents, landscape construction documents, permit
coordination, and construction phase services for this project.
