Higher Education Center
SeamonWhiteside was selected to provide comprehensive schematic design, site civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for the new campus of Florence Darlington Technical College. The college partnered with the Darla Moore Foundation and Francis Marion University to expand the educational opportunities available in Lake City.
Continuum is a 46,000 ft.2 facility with classrooms, lab facilities, and administrative offices. The building was originally occupied by a Big Box retailer in the 1960s and then remained vacant for some years. SW+ worked with the project architect to develop the exceptional higher education outlet.
