SW+ provided master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this new 7-story, 150-room full service hotel. The new resort facility offers three outdoor plunge pools, a grand ballroom, fitness center, and a rooftop event space. Exterior grounds improvements involve extensive landscaping and updated infrastructure including extending and renovating the existing promenade and new pool plaza levels and amenities.
