SW+ provided master planning, schematic design, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for Southern First Bank’s new $40 million corporate headquarters located at the intersection of Laurens Road and Verdae Boulevard. Acting as a gateway to downtown Greenville, the 107,000 SF building on 7 acres more than doubles its current headquarters size. With a focus on a creative and healthy work environment, the five-story building will be home to its flagship retail banking office as well as a cafe, a parkland setting with walking trails, pedestrian friendly entry plaza, and well-landscaped grounds.
