SW+ provided comprehensive civil engineering, site design, landscape architecture and construction administration services for the 83,270 SF Herbert Center renovation project. Improvements were made to the entire building which includes student housing, a gymnasium, kitchen, and dining room. A new 2-story wing was also designed, which provides additional student housing as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy space. The renovation of the Herbert Center is the first major upgrade to the building since 1977. The building is LEED Gold certified.
