Continuing our relationship with Spartanburg Community College, SW+ provided comprehensive site civil engineering, design, landscape architectural services as well as permit assistance and construction phase administration for the new $9 million community college facility. The new Cherokee County SCC project consists of a 27,000 SF Advanced Technology Center building, asphalt paved parking lot, concrete sidewalks, grassed picnic area, and utility services required to support the development.
