Port City Centre Industrial Park is located on 181.47 total acres of previously undeveloped land on the west side of Jedburg Road in Berkeley County, SC. This property is master planned for approximately twelve parcels that will include lots for a variety of users with building sizes from 10,000 SF to over 100,000 SF.
Initial phases of the development consisted of new roadway, roundabout, associated drainage and utilities. SW+ provided comprehensive master planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, site design, and permit coordination for this project.
Additional phases of the project are currently underway consisting of two spec buildings (117,000 sq. ft. and 50,000 sq. ft. respectively). SeamonWhiteside is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, bid and construction phase services for this phase of the project.
