Municipal, Fire Station
SW+ provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction documents, permitting and construction phase services for replacement of an existing municipal fire station. The site area is approximately 1.0 acres and had an existing fire station building and small parking area.
The existing fire station building, and parking lot was demolished. A new two-story building, approximately 17,000 sf, with new driveways and parking areas along a new drainage system and stormwater detention was required for the redevelopment of the site.
