SW+ has a strong legacy of creating successful master plans, ranging from neighborhoods and industrial campuses to regionally scaled mixed-use settlements. These projects demand a high level of experience and sophistication due to their complexity. They often require extensive due diligence, regional drainage, stormwater and utility studies, wetland strategies, municipal and legal coordination, land use and vision plans, political guidance, code writing, zoning efforts, community workshops, 3D modeling, graphic design, and, ultimately, the packaging of all these elements into thoughtful presentations to support approvals.
