Main + Stone is a 292-unit mixed-use residential/retail development in downtown Greenville, SC. Phase I of the two phase project is under construction and work on Phase II has begun. In addition to apartment homes, this development will include 26,000 SF of covered parking for 307 spaces, 14,450 SF retail and commercial space and 4,800 SF of restaurant space creating an urban epicenter on this ideally located site.
