Manufacturing Facility
SW+ contracted with the Knapheide manufacturing company to design, engineering, and provide construction administration services for the new 55,000 SF facility. The 21-acre site is located in Berkeley County adjacent to Highway 52 near Foxbank Plantation. Kanpheide is a manufacturer of work truck bodies and truck beds. SeamonWhiteside’s civil engineering department completed due diligence services, conceptual site plan, storm drainage planning, construction documents, and provided permit coordination. In addition to the weekly construction administration site visits, SW+ also provided SWPPP services.
