SW+ contracted with the Kiawah Island Community Association to create a schematic site design for improvements/renovation of the amenities center. The Sand Castle is an iconic multi-use recreation and events facility that was developed in the 1990s. The residents of Kiawah Island desired to update the amenity area to accommodate new pool and deck facilities and associated parking. SW+ provided comprehensive landscape architecture and civil engineering services and completed construction documents, bid and construction phase services for the project.
