SW+ is providing master planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the largest textile mill in Greenville into a thriving, mixed-use campus. This historic preservation project transformed the century-old Judson Mill into an exciting destination that revitalized its neighborhood in Greenville, South Carolina. The project consists of almost 400 apartments with refined residential amenities and 215,000 square feet of office, retail, entertainment, and recreational space, including the new state-of-the-art location for SeamonWhiteside’s rapidly growing Greenville office.
