Distribution Center
SeamonWhiteside worked with the furniture company, Jofran Inc., with their new 365,000 SF distribution center. SW+ provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services including civil site and landscape construction documents, permit coordination, and construction phase services for this new +/-365,000 SF industrial building in Berkeley County. Services also include the site master layout for the propoerty, associated parking, truck delivery, infrastructure, and master planning for the development of +/- 260,000 SF industrial building to be constructed adjacent to the +/- 365,000 SF industrial building. The master planning services included master stormwater detention, roadway infrastructure,and utilities for the second industrial building.
