SW+ provided comprehensive civil engineering, permit coordination, construction document development and construction administration services for Hubner USA’s 55,000 sq. ft. expansion to their Mount Pleasant facility. The $8.6 million expansion includes additional warehouse space, increased parking areas, new drive aisles and a loading dock. This is the second expansion that Hubner USA has undertaken on the site, a move that is expected to bring 50 new jobs to the Charleston area.
