This 100-year old cotton storage warehouse was built in 1919 and later sat vacant for more than six years. The 22 acre, 100,000 SF site near the Swamp Rabbit Trail Orange Line on Hampton Avenue Extension was revitalized into a mixed use destination for commercial, office, and multifamily residential including a dog park and playground.
