Approved zoning types for the site include manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, research and laboratory facilities. Site amenities include picnic areas, open space, and recreational trails. SW+ provided master planning services and worked with stakeholders to develop a cohesive and attractive business/industrial park with an agricultural heritage and history that supports the economic growth of the region and benefits the local community. SW+ is currently providing civil engineering, sub-consultant due diligence and engineering due diligence services, permit coordination, and construction phase services associated with roadway and utility infrastructure for the new industrial park.
In addition, SW+ is providing civil site design and landscape architecture design services including construction phase services, permit coordination, and sub-consultant coordination for the approximately 300,000 SF Building 2.
