Fox Hill Business Park is located at Green Pond Road and SC Highway 418 and consists of 161.6 acres. Approved zoning types for the site include manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, research and laboratory facilities. Site amenities include picnic areas, open space, and recreational trails. SW+ provided master planning services and worked with stakeholders to develop a cohesive and attractive business/industrial park with an agricultural heritage and history that supports the economic growth of the region and benefits the local community. SW+ is currently providing civil engineering, sub-consultant due diligence and engineering due diligence services, permit coordination, and construction phase services associated with roadway and utility infrastructure for the new industrial park.
In addition, SW+ is providing civil site design and landscape architecture design services including construction phase services, permit coordination, and sub-consultant coordination for the approximately 300,000 SF Building 2.
