SeamonWhiteside provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Cotton Mill Commons development located on a former textile mill site bound by Green Street, Woodside Circle, and South Streets in Greenville, South Carolina. The improvements for the site include 144 apartments in seven buildings along with amenities, a closed stormwater collection and conveyance system, and associated utilities required to support the development.
