K-12 Schools
SW+ worked with the Spartanburg County School District 3 and the project architect to expand and redevelop an existing middle school. The new school consolidates all of District 3’s middle school students and includes a new 14,500 SF classroom wing and a gymnasium. SW+ provided civil site construction documents, site work permit assistance including significant SCDOT and SCDHEC coordination, construction administration and close-out services, and landscape architectural design.
