Situated on the banks of the Cooper River, the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina is currently expanding its hotel facilities to include a 92-room hotel addition. SW+ was chosen to provide comprehensive design, planning, and engineering services for this new hotel, including site detailing of all outdoor amenities, pools, lawns, gardens, parking areas, and site features. The first hotel in the Charleston area to be LEED certified.
