SW+ worked with Greenville Technical College and project architect LS3P Associates to develop the new $25 million Gene Haas Center for Manufacturing Innovation located on the Millennium Campus across from CU-ICAR. SW+ provided comprehensive civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the 100,000 SF college building, paved parking and driveway areas, and all applicable infrastructure and utilities for the expansion campus. The proposed improvements included approximately ±12.60 acres of land disturbance.
