SW+ provided comprehensive civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the $41 million, 127,000 SQ. FT. elementary school building on a 22-acre tract within the Carolina Park planned development. Necessary site program elements to support the school includes 157 paved parking spaces and associated vehicular drives, stormwater detention basin, playground areas, playfield area, and sports field.
