Working very closely with the development company, SW+ completed master planning for both the overall development and specific neighborhoods within the property. SW+ provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services along with necessary permit coordination and construction management throughout the various phases of the development. Community amenities include hiking and biking trails, parks, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, tot-lots, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse complex.
