With so many details to consider, large scale civil engineering and landscape architecture projects can be especially difficult to visualize. SeamonWhiteside brings together innovative software tools and a highly skilled team to create comprehensive presentations in breathtaking detail. SW+ utilizes Lumion, a visualization 3D software that allows users to create videos, images, and 360 degree presentations from 3D renderings imported from CAD, SketchUp, and other design software programs. A visualization can then be generated and edited in real time so that design changes can be shared quickly. While excellent for both indoor and outdoor walkthroughs with realistic features, textures, and lighting, Lumion also offers the ability to create large models over large areas that can include thousands of trees, plants, or buildings. 

SeamonWhiteside expands this set of tools to include drone flyover videos of project sites that can then be rendered with civil engineering and landscape architectural features described in the scope of a project. The visualization can be adapted as needed. With team members dedicated to CAD, drone technology, and 3D software, SW+ is able to offer clients a realistic visualization for private projects, government entities, or public forum.
