SW+ managed efforts to re-zone the 6,700-acre Camp Hall Tract to its current Planned Development zoning. In addition to drafting the PD Agreement, tasks completed by SW+ civil engineering staff are comprehensive drainage studies, water and sewer infrastructure planning, land use recommendations, potential rail connections, and coordination of environmental permitting services.
Camp Hall Campus 1, Parcels 6 & 7 include two spec industrial buildings, +/-300,000 and +/-122,000 SF in size, and are located on Electric Avenue off of Volvo Car Drive. Both are rearload buildings with 135’ truck courts, two drive in ramps and associated employee lots. The 300k SF building also has 23 trailer parking spots. The total lot is 26.5 acres in size. SW+ provided civil design, permitting coordination, and landscape architecture.
The industrial building on Parcel 4 in Berkeley County is a +/-150,000 SF rear load facility located at 151 Plug In Drive, conveniently located near Volve Car Drive and I-26. The 10.5-acre site features an industrial warehouse, 135’ truck court, two drive-in ramps, 128 employee parking spots, and two stormwater ponds. SW+ provided professional civil engineering services, permitting coordination, landscape architecture, and construction administration services.
