SW+ worked with the Owner to master plan, design, and engineer the 95‑room Cambria Hotel. Located in Nexton Town Center, the hotel provides a central location for visitors to explore the award-winning Nexton community and the surrounding historic Summerville area. For business guests, the hotel offers a comfortable space to meet, work, and recharge. SW+ provided due diligence, comprehensive site civil engineering, landscape architecture, permit coordination, and construction administration services for the hotel and the access roads including the roundabout. Staff completed schematic design, coordination with the Nexton Design Committee, construction documents, and pre-construction NPDES Services, and NPDES (SWWWP) inspection and reporting services for the hospitality project.
