SW+ worked with the project architect and the Owner’s representative to complete the site design, civil engineering, permit coordination, landscape architecture, and construction administration for the redevelopment of the site of a former K-Mart department store at the intersection of US17-N and I-526. The new Bowman Place shopping center features several major retailers as anchor tenants with additional space for boutique shops and restaurants. The total buildout supports 126,000 SF of commercial space.
