Manufacturing Facility
The new Arthrex expansion located in Pendleton includes a 215,000 SF manufacturing facility and parking lot. The additional design of a 20,000 SF Sterilization Lab with parking is also included in this project. The completed, master planned park includes +/-1,200,000 SF with over 1,000 anticipated employees. SW+ is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture design services including design development, civil site and landscape construction documents, site work permit coordination, and construction phase services.
