And the famous get more famous(er). Voted one of Summerville’s “2012 Men to Watch”, SW+A Landscape Architect Chris Campeau, has added published author to his list of accomplishments. In his article in the Spring 2013 issue of Azalea Magazine (page 51), Chris discusses his passion for all-things barbecue and does a bit of wool-gathering along the way.

There’s No Place Like Home…

On Saturday (March 26), several SW+A staff volunteered to help the Charleston based charity Operation Home get some things done around the house for a local homeowner. Operation Home works with low-income, seniors, and special needs households throughout the Tri-county to make sure that their homes are both accessible and livable. This weekend’s project involved building a handicap ramp for the homeowner and adding a bit of landscaping to make home a bit more welcoming.

SW+A would like to thank Jason James of Ecoscape for generously donating the plant material that went into the landscape improvements and also recognize our employees, Cameron Liebetrau and her sister Landon, Sara Joyce, Lee Gastley, Rusty Blake, William O’Neal, Ike Boatwright, and Betsy Ellingson, for giving their time and talent to this very worthwhile project. Way to go everyone!
