SW+ provided master planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permit coordination and construction administration for this mixed-use project. Indigo Square has a 55,000 SF commercial shopping center development on a 6.6-acre tract that includes a grocery store, three retail/restaurant buildings, driveways, parking areas, a storage facility, and other associated amenities. The Haven, a multi-building apartment complex with integrated pedestrian/bike paths and associated parking is also part of the development. In-depth site civil engineering was a major component of the permitting process. In support of this effort, SeamonWhiteside completed a Master Drainage Report for the project that includes stormwater detention and water quality treatment for the subject property.
