Belle Hall is a mixed use development comprised of retail, commercial, office, and residential uses. The development contains over 100,000 SF of premium retail space established around a village concept. Additional outparcels, including 126,000 SF of business and medical office space and associated parking areas, complete the development. The master plan was designed around the approximate 20 acres of wetlands and buffers, which make up almost 30% of the entire site. SW+ provided comprehensive planning, design, engineering, and construction administration services for project throughout its multiple phases.
