Will Waterhouse
Will graduated from Clemson in 2009 earning a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in sustainable construction technologies. After graduation Will worked in the environmental remediation industry all over the country, including Charleston. When not at work Will enjoys the great outdoors, traveling, Clemson Football and spending time with his wife Jenny and dog, Loosey.






Justin Robinette
Justin graduated as a Cadet from The Citadel in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Project Management with an emphasis in Civil Engineering and Leadership from The Citadel Graduate College. Justin joined the SW+A family in 2013, bringing with him four years of professional experience with state and federal regulatory agencies throughout the Charleston, SC area. His cross-over to consulting engineering requires a little ‘learning the ropes” time, which has him working closely with a team of seasoned land design engineers on a variety of project types. Locally born and raised in rural Berkeley County, Justin enjoys pursuing game in the great outdoors and is a 4×4 enthusiast. Besides work and play, he loves to spend time with his wife and their two Labrador Retrievers.






Frances Timmons
Frances graduated from Clemson in May 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering and started working at SW+A. After living in the upstate for the past four years, she is enjoying all there is to do in Charleston. In her free time, Frances enjoys running, playing tennis, spending time with friends and family, and Clemson football!







Patterson Farmer
Patterson graduated from the Civil Engineering department at Clemson University in 2012 with an emphasis in Transportation Systems, as well as Construction Engineering and Management. He joined SW+A in April 2013. Because of the experience gained through his summer jobs and internship, his interest in Civil Design grew. Patterson is a certified EIT and plans to earn his P.E. license in 2017. During his free time, he enjoys most anything outdoors from playing golf to fishing with friends.






Kurt Sandness
Kurt has been involved in the planning and construction of real estate communities since 1990. A graduate of Florida Southern College, he has had the privilege of working on projects in a variety of locales ranging in size from traditional neighborhoods to mixed-use communities encompassing more than 3,000 Acres. These experiences have provided him with a solid base and understanding of the real estate development process. As a member of the SW+ Team, he serves as a key component guiding and assisting clients and consultants through conceptual planning, entitlements, engineering, permitting and construction in order to achieve the aesthetic, functional and economical goals of the project.
